Our focus at Mountain Lane Farm is on natural horsemanship, learning from the ground up. The kids learn everything form haltering and leading, grooming, tacking up and riding. We start out riding western and spend one day riding English and bareback. We have an indoor arena where most of the training takes place but go out for a trail ride everyday. We also learn the typical gymkhana type games, like barrels, pole bending and trail riding. We also do horse related crafts and have a swimming pool for the hot afternoons. On our farm we have chickens, pygmy and Nigerian Dwarf goats and Miniature donkeys that the kids can learn and play with.

Summer Camps Includes:

Western Horseback Riding Instruction and lots of riding.
Farm Experience: Baby Goats, Miniature Donkeys, Foals and Chickens
Crafts
Swimming
Blueberry Picking
You will learn basic horsemanship skills, haltering, leading, grooming, putting on saddle and bridle, how to take care of all the animals on the farm.
Small Groups with lots of "hands on" time with the animals.

$350/ per week Monday thru Friday 9 am to 2 PM

Bring sack lunch Monday thru Thursday, Friday Pizza Pool PartyCHA (Certified Horsemanship Association) certified

M/V accepted $50 non refundable deposit to hold spot
